Actress Biodun Okeowo brags on dating ‘the rich, average and poor’

Speaking further, the actress who just got two exotic cars advised women who now seek rich men to date/marry.

Nigerian actress, Biodun Okeowo, popularly known as Omoborty, has opened up on her past relationships.

The divorced mother of two revealed that she’s ready and willing to give marriage a second chance after dating the rich, poor and average.

“Part of my relationship goals for 2020 is marriage. Yes! I want to get married if God says it’s time now and permits me,” she told NoRM‘s known Media in an interview.

She said, “The only man I would advise any lady, not to date/marry, is a guy without prospect; forget if he’s not rich now. People with prospects are the billionaires of tomorrow. But some ladies don’t recognize opportunities.
Secondly, I advise people to do what rocks their boat. I can’t advise anyone on who to date or not to date.
In my dictionary: Love doesn’t choose based on standards.
I’ve dated the rich, the average and the poor, yes I have!
Love strikes most in odd places. And for me it’s love first before any other thing… yes some women might be lucky getting their package full this means (having a handsome, rich man) Which is every woman’s desire and prayer.
But then someone must be with the other men too. And we shouldn’t forget that God could come through for anyone, especially when the person is not lazy and has prospects.”

On her position on the trending DNA Test discussion, Biodun Okeowo said, ” If both parties are cool with it. Yes, it’s okay to go for a DNA test. Because there could even be foul play in the hospital (laughs), I heard some hospitals swap child sexes. I don’t know if it’s true oh or I’ve watched too many Nigerian movies.
But to be candid. It’s not a bad idea if there’s a need to clear a doubt or something.”

“However, if my husband asks that our kids go for a DNA test, I won’t blame him, though. Yes, I’ll allow him. Not allowing him means I’ve got a skeleton in my cupboard. But he just proved to me that he didn’t trust me.

I will oblige him, but my actions after that depend on his explanation and what led him to request such.”

BBNaija’5: Nollywood Actress slams Nengi for trying to copy Mercy Eke

Nollywood Actress, Maryam Charles has come hard for Big Brother Naija 2020 Lockdown Edition Housemate, Nengi, as she slammed the housemate, urging her to be original and should stop copying last edition’s winner, Mercy Eke.

Mercy Eke was the winner of last year’s edition, and the first female to achieve such feat.

Since the start of the 2020 Big Brother Naija show, many social media commentators have accused Nengi, of trying to portray Mercy Eke in whatever she does.

Actress Maryam Charles, has now joined those making the claims, as she stated that Nengi is using the particular method for herself to get popular.

Maryam Charles made this known in a recent social media post, as she expressed displeasure over the way the housemate goes around almost half-naked.

See what she wrote below;

“I’ve been watching this season of BBNaija and I won’t lie, I’ve been disgusted by what Nengi has been doing.

Am I the only one wondering whether this girl has clothes at all? Because it seems anytime the camera is on her, she is either half naked or wearing something showing off her bum.

For Christ sake, is she telling us that it’s only when you show your nudity that you will win the show? Is it only when you twerk that fans will appreciate your ‘talents?’ It makes no sense!

I dont blame her though. She learnt it from another ex housemate Mercy. Remember how Mercy too used bottom power to win the show when there were more talented people there? This rubbish has to stop.

I don’t blame Nengi, she’s probably not smart enough to know that Mercy is not the kind of person to use as your role model. There are strong, influential and well respected women out there that can lead you in the right path.

To the young girls out there as well, nudity is not a sure way to success. Sure, perverts will literally eat you up with their eyes, but that’s it. You will not gain anything. Instead, it’s your virtue that will reduce. Do not look at ladies like Nengi and Mercy as your role models, like I said earlier, there are better women out there.”

The script interpreter made this shocking revelation in a chat with Nine lives.

In the interview, the Yoruba born mother of three opened up on her career, achievements, regrets and marital experiences among other issues.

Read some excerpts from the interview below….

How do you combine marriage with career and motherhood?

I wouldnt say it’s hard or easy. No one is going to take up your responsibility for you. You just have to be the woman that you are meant to be. Whichever way, its God’s way of taking me through everything.

Is your husband not afraid that someone might snatch you from him when you’re on location?

Whether you are an actress or not, even the ugly ones, people get admirers. It’s a general thing. It doesnt have anything to do with your work, it depends on who you are, how disciplined you are. It’s all about discipline, and everybody in your life should understand your person and be free.

If your husband asks you to quit acting, what would you do?

I dont think any reasonable man would want his wife to quit her career. Definitely no, I wont adhere to that.

So, you are saying if your husband asks you to choose between him and your career, you won’t hesitate to make a choice?

I will choose my career.

Why would you make such a choice?

It’s because I have worked for it. I have been making money before and after, through my job.

I have other side businesses but the mother of them all is movie-making. So, any other thing that comes out of it is just secondary. I wouldn’t jeopardize what made me, because I have been Laide Bakare since age 16. So, I don’t think it is something I would want to drop.

How do you safeguard your marriage from crashing?

It’s God, the fact that it has not happened doesn’t mean it will not happen. It may happen to me tomorrow. For me, I feel so calm and easy, believing that whatever God wants in one’s life shall happen. What if it has been destined to happen in one’s life?

Eniola Badmus spills how she nearly got raped

Dark and chubby Nollywood actress, actress, Eniola Badmus had recounted her close shave with a rapist back then in her secondary school days.

“Firstly, whether people are saying the truth or not, 95 per cent of females are sexually harassed on a daily basis. Because there hasn’t been stiff punishment over the years, this act has continued to linger from one generation to the other. As a young girl, a lot of things happened to me and I’ve also seen a lot of things. I grew up in a polygamous home and a lot of people lived with us. When I was in my final year in secondary school, I was almost raped. It was a very close shave. I was saved by a guy called Michael Akinyemi.

“I don’t know where he is now but I can’t forget him. He was injured in the process but he saved me. I was practically five minutes away from being raped. I didn’t report then because of the stigmatisation. The experience was really bad because my assaulter was bent on raping me, hence we struggled so much. I still remember the guy’s name but I would leave it out,” she told Saturday Beat.

On why she likes to be called Senator Badosky, Badmus said, “Senator Badosky is a free-spirited person who lives and lets others live. She’s also a hustler, not minding distractions from others because she doesn’t take things personally.

Eniola Badmus also hints on what her fans should expect after her new found weight loss journey.

“It’s not going to be a total transformation because I still want to be a chubby girl; not slim. The goal is to be chubby but sexier. Maybe like losing three sizes. People should not think that I would be a shadow of who they know. I’m only doing this because I want to. No matter how much we shout about body positivity, one would still have to be on a diet. One would have to watch what one eats and exercise.

‘’I don’t want to be plus-size and unhealthy. I might not work-out like fitness enthusiasts but I try to keep fit. For clarity sake, I didn’t and don’t bend to societal pressure. I have a very thick skin and like to do whatever suites me at any particular time. The idea is to see what I would look like afterwards. There are some clothes I feel like wearing but can’t wear them till I lose weight. I still belong to the ‘fat girls association,” she spills.
